Intro Phi Lynn Phi - Round 1

Welcome to Sim State University!!!

This house will be your living quarters. You see the little houses in the distance? Until you are called upon to serve, that is where you will be stored. They are the storage houses. There are no pictures there, nothing occurs there. Nothing at all.

Here we have the first floor. There is a nice large studio for your artistic times. There are also mirrors there for you to check yourself out in. A computer room so you can chat with others online, we will set you up on Sims Messenger. There is a small kitchen (don't worry you won't eat a lot) and a dining room. The living room has two comfy couches to rest on while studying. A central bathroom finishes off this floor.

The second floor is next. A large patio up here with a bubble blower, pool table, and exercise machine. Two bedrooms with one bathroom finishes off this floor.

Lastly we have the third floor. There is another bathroom here. The big open area is the party zone. A stocked bar, a poker table, and some musical instrument. The instrument changes at random times depending on your wants.

Our First Occupants

I came to Uni first. Donatella didn't want to come, at all. She said she wasn't on the list. Well, I managed to convince her to call the admitting office and here we are. I couldn't believe it, she looked around the dorm and walked directly to the phone. Next thing I know her uncles are there. They said the dorm (THE NEWEST ONCE ON CAMPUS) was being torn down. They let us sell all the furnishings and keep the money. I am still in shock over it all. At least her uncles like me.

Our good friend and neighbor, Hedwig joined us with her boyfriend Zachary. They seem really nice. Hedwig's grandfather came to visit us once, HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? He asked me if I wanted an makeover. I saw what he did to my relative Layce. NO WAY is he touching me!

Our last roommates were Hannah and Randy. Hannah said she had to leave home. Her mom is having a mid life crisis and wants to marry off 6 kids. Hannah wants a large family also, so she left to make room for others. I better run, time for class!
